Crawfish must be boiled and tossed in your homemade sauce/seasoning. Spices and seasonings can be added before, during and after boil, but garnish will not be allowed to be placed in container.
It is recommended 36 crawfish be placed in pan (2-3 crawfish per judge).
Judging criteria: Appearance, peeling factor, flavor, texture and overall appeal.
