who we need:
We need hardworking, friendly, and BOLD CRAWLUNTEERS to make Rayzur’s Crawfish Cook-Off the hottest & most unforgettable crawfish boil of the year. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, jump into the action, and help serve up good times (and great crawfish), we want you.
Who we need:
Gate & Ticketing: Check tickets, scan passes, manage entry flows, and keep lines moving quickly and safely.
Setup & Teardown: Heavy lifting, moving equipment, placing signage, and breaking down after the event.
Team Liaison / Hospitality: Support competitors, special guests, and VIPs, coordinate needs, deliver messages, and keep schedules on track.
Grounds Crew: Keep grounds clean, manage recycling and trash stations, and help enforce green-event practices.
Merch & Info Booth: Sell event merchandise, answer attendee questions, and promote cook-off activities and schedules.
What we expect
Positive, energetic attitude and customer-first mindset.
Reliable arrival and adherence to scheduled shift.
Comfortable working outdoors in festival conditions (heat, sun, mud).
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks when required.
Must be at least 16 years old for most roles; some roles require 18+.

Shift info & commitment
We ask that you commit to a full day of Crawlunteering.
Preferred availability for setup and teardown shifts is a plus.
Training and check-in provided before each shift.
