Cook-Off Schedule
Friday, May 1st at Captain Mark’s Bastrop Marina:
6:00 PM - Head Cooks Meeting – Team Spots will be picked by order of registration.
Teams can load in at this time as well. Security will not be present overnight, so this is at your own risk.
Saturday:
7:00 AM: Mandatory Team Set Up (no earlier/no later)
8:00 AM: Open for Load In
9:30 AM: All vehicles must be out of event area.
11:00 AM: Containers Available for Pick-Up
1:00 PM: Gates opens for General Public
1:00 PM: Turn In Seafood Gumbo
1:00 PM: Registration for Washer Tournament
2:00 PM: Washer/Cornhole Tournament Begins
2:30 PM: Turn in Dis & Dat Boiled Sides
4:00 PM: Turn in Traditional Boiled Crawfish
4:30 PM: Turn in People’s Choice
5:00 PM: Turn in Dressed Boiled Crawfish (Jackpot)
6:00 PM: Awards Ceremony
9:00 PM: Event is Over – All teams cleaned up and vacate
